System of a Down - System of a Down
Review by Senile

Everybody knows who these guys are and know just what they are like.
This is because of the breakthrough of Toxicity. The songs Chop Suey!, Toxicity,
and Aerials made this group really popular. What I am wondering is were they
this famous from there first cd or is this one of those groups that take off
after their 2nd cd? Either way, this is still a very awesome cd. The beginning
of a new branch of metal.

Serj's vocals are just so great on the how he sings and changes voice. Then John
has some great drumming skill going on for this start-stop thrash attack. Then,
there is Daron and Shavo hitting on the guitar, they tear it up with the
start-stop pulsing sound they create.

This cd is so perfect. The songs Sugar and Spiders are probably really known,
but well, you probably already know how good the cd is. But if you don't, let me
fill you in. This is a compilation of pure creativity, metal mayhem, and
insanity. How else could you end up with System of a Down. This mixes up riffs,
rhythm, and how should I say a somewhat standard protocol that groups follow.

Sure, I can go off talking about all the songs and what is so damn special about
them and yada yada yada, but instead I'll make it short and sweet. Buy this cd
if you don't already own it. Toxicity might be just a little bit better in your
opinion, but they are both the same to me. System of a Down is System of a
Down'they keep rocking it, their style.
