Aphex Twin sure is some weird shit. Never, ever have I had heard of
something such as this. Mostly all the songs are instrumental except for the
song "Milkman". Oddly enough... "Milkman" is one of the highlights of this
album. This whole cd has weird electronics, jittering quick sounds, and yet
slow calm melodies all at once. There really isn't a rhyme to the reason and it
is all just... weird. I am not real big on it because it is just too weird for
me. It has a good ambient sound, granted, but it just isn't my cup of tea.
There is something about the electronic sounds that are in the songs and some of
the different tunes used that are just... almost childish sounding in a way. It
is a real kind of peculiar electronic "music", which I am guessing is either
hit, meh, or miss. I guess I fall underneath the meh category then because I
don't like it but it's not that I do like it.
